Your dentist will invite you to join and provide a custom deposit schedule based on your treatment history and plans. We guarantee 100% of your deposits go toward your treatment.

Choose Your Treatment

Dentists send us the same information they send to insurance companies. We convert the claim into a simple treatment plan on our app. You decide whether to accept the treatment or reject it. If you reject a treatment plan, you can discreetly communicate your reasons or negotiate the price and terms of treatment.

Spend benefits or save them

After you accept treatment, you decide whether to use your benefits or pay out of pocket for the treatment. You can spend up to 100% of your benefits balance before any co-payments are required. Your Alisa benefits never expire.

Discreetly rate satisfaction

After treatment is complete, you provide a rating of 1-5 stars on our app. Only the dentist can see your feedback. If you rate 2 stars or higher, we release payment directly to your dentist. We help you dispute the charge if you rate one star.
